JUSTIN BARRON

With a background in theatre, Justin loves to lean into the performative and immersive aspects of gaming. A forever GM by choice, one of his favorite things is bringing new players into the hobby. While playing TTRPGs, he emphasizes collaborative storytelling above all and seeks to create a safe space where everyone can live out their magical fantasies. 

Justin's favorite TTRPGs change constantly but currently are Household, Daggerheart, and Outgunned.

NAOMI HARRISON

Naomi has been into TTRPGs since college when a group of seven friends took on a D&D campaign. She really took to the learning and teaching aspects of the game and has had fun learning new games with TBKC. Outside of Tipsy Bard, Naomi is a software engineer, a big time crafter, creator, and all-around artist. Recently, Naomi has become one half of TBKC's Blood on the Clocktower Storytelling crew.

Naomi's favorite TTRPG right now is Call of Cthulhu. 

KATE BARRETT

Kate's main squeeze back in high school was D&D 3.5e but in 2022 she finally opened herself up to the wonderful world of gaming conventions, indie games, and the supportive people in this community. In her free time, Kate hangs with her 3 cats, her bunny, and her husband; watching trashy reality shows, playing video games, and (recently) trying out improv classes.

Kate 's favorite TTRPG is one that you've never heard of but will soon fall in love with.

AIDAN ROBBINS-WAGNER

After playing countless RPG video games, Aidan tried out D&D with a friend of a friend and fell in love with its depth and open-endedness. Since then, Aidan has convinced, coerced, married, or otherwise tricked multiple friends into playing these games with him week after week. Outside of TTRPGs, Aidan loves to cook, hike, and watch scary movies. He has yet to meet someone in the TBKC community that he didn't hit it off with!

Aidan's favorite TTRPGs are currently Mothership and Deathmatch Island.​

ANDY WARNER

Andy started his TTRPG journey shortly after college when a friend's D&D group needed an extra player. Quickly, he found himself hooked on Critical Role and leading his own table. Outside of GMing, Andy is a talented painter of miniatures and fantastic dad/husband. He cherishes his many friendships that have grown through gaming with TBKC and looks forward to even more friendships in the days to come!

BETH WITSKEN

With a lifelong interest in fantasy and theatre, Beth got into TTRPGs in 2017 thanks to The Adventure Zone. As a GM with TBKC, Beth loves being a part of the imaginative worlds everyone creates together. Outside of GMing, Beth is a licensed commercial interior designer but more importantly, she is a great lover of COSPLAY! As a talented seamstress and designer, Beth is getting better and better with each costume.

Beth's favorite TTRPGs are D&D, Daggerheart, and (more recently) Fabula Ultima.

DAVID "SULLY" SULLIVAN

Sully started GMing in 2022 when a friend convinced him to give it a try and it was off to the races ever since. He has enjoyed the welcoming community and the creative showmanship within each game and event. Outside of TTRPGs, Sully is a full time graphic designer. He also cosplays as Deadpool for the Just-Us League, a charity group designed to enhance other charities through cosplay.

Sully's first love is D&D 5e but he is slowly moving toward Daggerheart and Call of Cthulhu.

EMMA CARTER

As a playwright, Emma is no stranger to what makes a quality story. Starting her TTRPG journey in 2017 with the Tipsy Bard himself, Emma got hooked and has been GMing ever since. She loves the genuine care the GMs put in to making sure everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected, regardless of experience. Outside of gaming, Emma loves audiobooks and getting witchy in the garden with her pup and two cats.

Emma's favorite TTRPGs are Perils & Princesses, My Little Pony: Tales of Equestria, & Animon Story.

JOSH BARRON

Josh started playing TTRPGs in 2016 with D&D 5e. Since then, he has become fully invested in all types of gaming, be it TTRPGs, board games, card games, war games, or even video games. Currently, Josh is a computer science graduate student at K-State University but when he is back home in KC he loves getting to share in the excitement of TBKC events with this community. Recently, Josh has become one half of TBKC's Blood on the Clocktower Storytelling crew.

Josh's favorite TTRPG right now is Call of Cthulhu.

JOSH ZAAGSMA

After years of watching Critical Role and Dimension 20, Josh finally gave TTRPGs a try when he moved to KC in 2025. Since then, he has quickly developed into a confident and talented GM while working with Tipsy Bard and beyond. By day, Josh is a Lead Quality Engineer at Honeywell, a true serial hobbyist, and a pretty decent cook/baker.

Josh's favorite TTRPGs right now are Pirate Borg & Daggerheart but he'll probably get obsessed with whatever game Justin throws at him next. 

KELLI HARROD

As a kid, Kelli collected cool shiny math rocks but it wasn't until playing D&D in college that she really got into the hobby. Kelli is a professional artist, set designer, and works full time at The Rabbit Hole. She is also active in the KC Pinball and Star Wars Cosplay communities. No matter where she is working, Kelli loves the people she gets to meet in welcoming communities like this one.

Kelli's favorite TTRPG is D&D 5e - she loves the Animal Adventures and Eberron settings.

KELLY NELSON

Kelly's love of this community began on World of Warcraft with RP Guilds, both running events and playing in them for about a decade before joining Midgard 5e a few years ago. Recently, he has channeled that nerdy energy into trying GMing for the first time with Tipsy Bard. Kelly is also a fantastic leatherworker, sewist, and all around crafter. He is constantly inspired by the wonderfully creative people in this community.

LEENA NABULSI

Leena fell in love with D&D in college and found herself becoming a forever GM shortly after. Ten years later, she has expanded her range of game options but has never lost that original passion for the game. With a day job at Heartland Coca-Cola, Leena joined Tipsy Bard as an excuse to run more of the obscure games she cherishes but has since become a constant contributor no matter the system.

Leena's favorite TTRPGs are Daggerheart, Candela Obscura, and D&D.

MICHAEL POLELEYEV

Michael has quickly excelled at GMing despite only starting in 2023. He loves being able to tell good stories with a supportive community that welcomes all who sit down at the table.  Michael runs an entertainment company called Funcertainty Box and is a performer for the American Immersion Theater and the Renaissance Faire, among others. He also kicks butt in Disney Lorcana on weekends.

Michael's current favs include Monster of the Week, The Quiet Year, and Deathmatch Island.

NICK LYLES

Nick first got interested in tabletop RPGs in the mid-90s with Dexter's Lab s2 e3 'Mazes & Monsters', however he didn't play until 2006. He met Justin in 2024 and quickly found that he loves how supportive and connected the Tipsy Bard community is. Outside of RPGs, Nick likes to cook, go to botanical gardens and zoos, and almost anything Godzilla related.

Nick's favorite TTRPG is Ogre Battle 64...oh you meant tabletop RPGs - in that case, Perils & Princesses, MÖRKBORG, and World Ending Game.

ROSE BLACKFORD

With a background in theatre, Rose got into TTRPGs as a way to bond with her dad. Shifting into GMing, she enjoys bringing fun and unique characters to life. Rose has been an active member of the TBKC community since falling in love with the interactive theatre aspects of their events. When not GMing, Rose can be found painting minis, fixing computers, and singing with/supporting Choral Spectrum Kansas City.

Rose's favorite TTRPGs are D&D, Marvel Multiverse RPG, and Star Trek TTRPG.

SADIE VETTER

Sadie attended her first learn-to-play in 2023 and since then she has been hooked. She loves the welcoming TTRPG community, the friendships she's made, and the creativity from every Tipsy Bard event she has been to. An event producer by day and a tap dance instructor by night, Sadie also keeps herself busy by reading smut, collecting food themed-Pokémon cards, and junk journaling.

Sadie's favorite TTRPGs are Kids on Bikes, Call of Cthulhu, and Alien.

SCRYM GILBERT

Scrym got into TTRPGs by inventing room puzzles during the lunch break at school. Fast forward 16 years and he is still at it, crafting diabolical stories for his players, sculpting miniatures, making props, and writing new content. Outside of that, he is also an avid actor in film and theatre. Scrym loves seeing the wonderful ideas that people come up with at the table and the awesome way that teamwork naturally forms.

Scrym's favorite TTRPGs to run are The Magnus Archives RPG and Vampire the Masquerade.

ZACK ENGLAND

Long, long ago, Zack began his journey in gaming with D&D 2nd Edition. However, it wasn't until 5th edition came out that he was able to form a lasting group (one that still plays together to this day!) Zack loves the TBKC community for it's inclusivity, enthusiasm, and genuine care for one another. Outside of TTRPGs, he works in software development, reads books, and loves on his dog, Charlie.
